I call the root chakra the ‘minus-one’ chakra. Not the first. It lives just below the equator of the body. It stores the kinds of stuff and is in charge of the kinds of activities that takes place below the surface, out of sight. The minus-one chakra is the energy centre for all of the “movements” and “motives” that a person can have, that on-go privately, without public notice or scrutiny.
